Stock futures rebound cautiously amid economic optimism, bitcoin comeback

Stock futures ticked marginally higher after the market stalled Tuesday, with major indexes ending the regular session slightly lower.Futures on the Dow Jones Industrial Average rose 89 points. S&P 500 futures gained 0.3%. Nasdaq-100 futures added 0.3%. The S&P 500 sits just about 1.1% from a record with the major benchmark little changed for the month of May.Shares of companies linked to a recovering economy gained in premarket trading.
